We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design process from concept, color, washes, special treatments, finishing’s, trim details – (embroideries, appliques, piping) print direction, and silhouette to product execution.
• Actively shop the local market to identify the most current trends in color, fabric, trim, silhouette, graphic / prints using creative skills to translate effectively and create a mix and match denim assortment
• Responsible for thorough market research including competitive analysis and benchmarking
• Ensure the product is consistent with overall market trends and brand identity.
• Utilize strong creative skills to direct concept, color, washes, treatments, applicable graphic /print, pattern, and silhouette.
• Direct and collaborate with design & print/graphics team to execute a clear, elevated vision each season
• Execute trend presentations each season including creative sample rigging, mood boards and theme direction, and any other presentation material as needed with direction from Director of Design
• Work with sample room and local vendors to create sample presentations as required by meeting deliverable
• Work with technical team and production team to approve and ensure quality/fit of all products
• Initiate and actively participate in the development of new denim concepts and denim product categories
• Follow up on fabric and trim order

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
• Illustrator, photoshop & CAD Proficiency
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
• Knowledge of garment construction and proficient in generating tech packs is a must
• Experience working with overseas factories
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills preferred
• Attention to detail and innovation
