Dunn&Co. is looking for a Designer/Production Artist

Job Duties:

• Prep and version files with specific content
• Be a master of the details - Review files and scrub them for consistency, alignment with brand standards, color management, and printer specifications
• Package up files and make sure they’re ready to release to the world
• Be comfortable with the technical parts of the industry - image retouching, clipping paths, and art manipulation
• Be a team player - work closely with others in the design studio and be gracious with other agency teams
• Don’t be an ass or arrive at the agency with a suitcase full of ego

Experience and skills:

• Strong composition and layout skills
• Serious attention to detail
• Next-level organization, project, and file management
• Savvy with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is non-negotiable. Proficiency using AI to streamline the design process is a plus.
• Dependability and thoroughness. You should enjoy the nitty-gritty details of design.
• The talent to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• 1-2 years of experience at an ad agency, print shop or as an in-house creative. Those with less than two years of experience may still be considered if you have a great portfolio.

This position is based in Tampa, FL and is not available for remote workers.

Salary range - $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience and talent.
