Role Description:
As a Desktop IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and related infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 Operating System related issues.
Diagnosing and resolving system and network related issues on desktops, peripherals, and related equipment.
Providing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
Handling and resolving all problems escalated from customer helpdesk in a timely manner.
Collaborating with backend global teams to remediate and escalate issues as needed.
Making recommendations for desktop performance improvements and leading their execution.
Taking responsibility for application upgrades and escalated trouble tickets.
Delivering excellent desktop computing customer service and support.
Configuring and managing software Package Distribution via SCCM.
Creating and maintaining related documentation and knowledge base.
Ensuring end users' productivity through monitoring, maintenance, strong documentation, and timely issue resolution.
Monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining client service quality for remote users via VPN.
Providing Spanish bilingual support as a mandatory requirement.
