Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desktop Support Technician I to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees on a variety of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving and documenting technical issues, and ensuring that our employees are able to work efficiently and effectively.
This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura FL

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desktop Support Technician I to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees on a variety of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving and documenting technical issues, and ensuring that our employees are able to work efficiently and effectively.
This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura FL
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees on a variety of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Perform regular maintenance on desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Specific experience with Zoom and Aloware is highly desirable.
- Provide training and assistance to employees on software and hardware usage.
- Work closely with other IT staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient IT environment
- Staying current with new technologies and trends
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
- Provide event support as needed (weekdays and weekends outside of normal business hours)
- Perform related duties as requested.
- 1-2 years hands-on experience in Desktop Support and Software Support
- 1+ years Mac desktop/laptop & Apple support experience in a business environment
- Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and mobile operating systems
- Google Workspaces experience is a plus .
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, Security +, or Microsoft Certified: Windows 10 is a plus.
- Proven ability to install, upgrade, repair, move and replace desktops, laptops, smart phones/tablets, and other technical equipment
- Demonstrated success with providing support and problem resolution with unfamiliar systems, software and hardware and a passion for solving problems long-term.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
- Ability to create documentation and SOPs for users and internal department use
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds
