Title: Senior AWS DevOps Engineer
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 +Bonus
Responsibilities:
Senior AWS DevOps Engineer working with a team of 3, responsible for supporting 5 software engineering teams that are building a suite of cutting edge SaaS applications.
This position will play a lead role in building several AWS pipelines from scratch as well as improving pipeline that have already been developed.

This AWS DevOps Engineer is a key member of the DevOps Team, playing a critical role in securing their cloud infrastructure, increasing developer productivity and creating/managing deployment pipelines using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
Monitor AWS environment for performance, security, and cost issues.
Implement security measures, best practices, and policies in an AWS environment.
Ensure AWS infrastructure complies with industry-standard security and compliance
frameworks, including CIS, NIST, GDPR, and FEDRAMP.
Set up comprehensive security auditing, monitoring, and incident response systems
in AWS using services such as Amazon GuardDuty, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
Review security logs and respond to incidents in an AWS environment.
Improve developer productivity by automating processes.
Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with other DevOps engineers.
Requirements:
Work experience at a startup or technology company.
6+ years of experience securing, operating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS
(Amazon Web Services) using infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
