Role: Digital Clinical Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA (50% Onsite)

The Role

As a Digital Clinical Project Manager, you will be spearheading the execution of digital projects in support of client's ambitious clinical development organization digital program. In this role, you will connect and lead various stakeholders from clinical operations, patient recruitment and retention, data management, quality and digital. You will also work across our ecosystem of services and technology providers to ensure the definition, delivery and operations of clinical digital solutions. You will work daily with our clinical operations team to support the deployment of clinical trial management system, site payment and study start up.

Here's What You'll Do

• Define and lead digital clinical projects.
• Establish and manage project timelines.
• Ensure project goals and means meet business objectives and deliver value in a timely.
• Work collaboratively across the organization to gain alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Engage with Computer Systems Validation lead to support appropriate validation activities.
• Engage with project team, business owner, system owner, business stakeholders, vendors to manage project delivery expectations and project timelines.
• Report on project progress and status.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines, resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor project burnout charts for the vendor resources
  
  

Here's What You'll Bring To The Table

• 8+ years' experience in digital project management in a GxP environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biotechnology or equivalent required.
• Proven experience with deployment and operations of clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
• Demonstrable experience in systems and data integration for clinical applications (CTMS, EDC, eTMF).
• Deep understanding of core clinical business processes.
• Tangible track record in using Agile approaches in a regulated environment.
• As a technologist, you know your craft and, you are fluent in the digital world.
• You have first-hand knowledge of SaaS technology in a GxP environment and practical understanding of data integrity requirements.
• You work independently yet engage proactively with team members, colleagues and stakeholders to get alignment and drive projects forward.
• You don't hesitate to dive in and work alongside your team. You can effectively manage conflicting priorities in a fast pace environment, and you can navigate ambiguity and lead a team effectively.
