The Role

As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality video content for various marketing initiatives, branded content series, product showcases, behind-the-scenes features, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, and the ability to capture compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience. This role requires proficiency in on-set production, videography, audio recording, and post-production editing. This is a full-time contract position. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and marketing objectives.
• Conduct on-set video shoots, ensuring all equipment is set up properly and capturing footage in line with project requirements.
• Capture high-quality video and audio content using professional-grade equipment.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Avid).
• Light motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the final output.
• Types of video content to be created include but are not limited to: campaign shoots, content series such as “How -To” videos, “In the Kitchen With” and brand videos with our founder, influencer content to be used on our paid social channels, product video for our PDPs, and content captured at company events around Los Angeles.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography, cinematography, and post-production techniques.

Who You Are

• 1+ year as a Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in fashion, advertising, or related industries.
• Proficiency in on-set production techniques, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
• Expertise in non-linear editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Avid, with the ability to edit and color grade footage to a high standard.
• Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop; After Effects is a plus) for incorporating graphics and animations into videos.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Compensation

Hourly Rate of $34
