The Digital Content Creator-Videographer will work within the News/Agriculture Division of LEARFIELD to assist with content creation (graphic design, video, audio, and text), and various marketing needs: campaign placements, reporting, and analysis. This position can either be hired as a Digital Advertising Specialist I or II depending upon experience level.
Core Position Responsibilities
The Primary duty is to assist with video editing and production for digital advertising campaigns.
Implement, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns on various platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and more.
Aid with graphic design requests.
Develop marketing campaign landing pages
Develop marketing campaign performance and analytic reports
Other duties as assigned.
Position Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred but not required\
Digital Advertising Specialist I require 1+ year and the II requires 2+ years of experience working on a team to implement and optimize social media and digital advertising and video campaigns
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, Premiere Pro, and WordPress
Experience developing promotional graphics, editing video and audio
Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
Experience with placing paid social advertising
Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and more
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a cohesive team environment
