We seek a Digital Content Production Specialist to implement digital components of marketing campaigns for assigned companies and organizations. You should have command of web page creation, site maintenance, email publishing, keywords, SEO best practices, enjoy being creative, and understand how to build and convert a digital audience.

You must have the ability to prioritize tasks and excel at making changes rapidly. We seek a collaborative individual who can build trust with our team and deliver consistent and positive client experiences. This individual must be able to identify trends in digital analytics to generate new ideas and articulate their strategic point of view.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks in various digital platforms, including WordPress, YouTube, MailChimp, and HubSpot.
- Publish content to client websites.
- Build and release email campaigns.
- Create landing pages and workflows in HubSpot.
- Research and track keywords and SEO growth.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success.
- Work alongside marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains each client's audience and supports marketing goals.
Additional Requirements:
- At least one year of experience.
- Proficiency with WordPress.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and MailChimp.
- Ability to pull and read Google Analytics.
- Some proficiency in multimedia editing tools.
- Some experience with HTML.
- An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale.
- Excellent organizational skills for working independently and managing projects with many moving parts.
- Attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
- Solid writing and critical thinking skills.

Pay Range:
$40,000 - $50,000/year

Interview Notes:
We will assess key competencies such as decision-making, time management, accuracy, organization, critical thinking, and communication skills. We may require a short test to be completed and returned in a timely manner.
