Position Summary

This inside sales role requires professional tenacity, perseverance, and high integrity. The Digital Lending Advisor will drive mortgage lending business growth through our digital sales platform.

Essential Job Functions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate residential home loan referrals (purchase and refinance) through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Analyze credit, income, assets, and employment to identify mortgage loan opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, acting as a liaison between loan officers and potential clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; 2-Year Degree preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to analyze complex financial situations to determine optimal solutions for clients.
  • Capacity to make a minimum of 125 outbound phone calls daily.
  • Previous mortgage or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must hold or obtain necessary Federal NMLS License.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in mortgage finance or call center experience.

Annual Training Requirements

New hires must complete the following training courses:

  • BSM/AML: The Basics
  • Marketing Compliance
  • Annual Consumer Complaint Attestation

Existing Employees Must Complete The Following Training Courses

  • BSA and AML: Essentials
  • Annual Sexual Harassment Training

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate throughout the building
  • Capable of sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day
  • Good hearing and communication skills
  • Adept eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity for computer software use
