ROLE

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee our social media accounts and brand reputation. The role will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers & reviews. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. The role will be responsible for multiple brands existing social channels and any new channels created.


As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to be up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and implement social media strategy for all of Yes& Companies social media channels.

Responsible for content curation and collaboration with operators and influencers

Manage brand reputation including comments on posts, direct messages, review on online business listings (Google My Business, Yelp, etc). Work with operators on negative or guest issues. Position requires some weekend monitoring and flexibility on schedule during emergency events.

Support the Digital Campaign Manager and Digital Marketing Analyst with various digital initiatives.

Continue to grow social media content and adapt new mediums


• Social Media Management

Design and implement a strategic social media plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Suggest, manage, and implement new features and platforms to enhance brand awareness.

Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

Stay informed on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Manage content for multiple brands, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.


• Content Curation

Oversee and manage influencer programs, including identifying suitable influencers, utilizing social media tools, and collaborating with the Digital Marketing and Marketing Managers through affiliate and PR channels.

Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.

Strategize and produce organic content such as images, videos, reels, etc.

Design creative assets using platforms like Canva.

Maintain and enhance the design of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook cover photos, profile pictures, blog layouts).

Collaborate with stakeholders to stay informed about events and company updates relevant to public communication.

Develop content tailored to customer-facing, consistent with the company brand.


• Reputation Management

Manage the brand reputation for all company brands across digital platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, Yelp, LinkedIn).

Ensure timely and brand-consistent responses to all social media posts, ads, reviews, and travel platform feedback.

Work with resort and department contacts to address and resolve customer concerns, providing appropriate responses as needed.


• Digital Marketing

Support the Digital Campaign Manager and Digital Marketing Analyst with various digital initiatives, such as website updates, SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing needs.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Proficiency with social media management and publishing tools such as Falcon.io, Brandwatch, Meta Publishing Tool, etc.
  • Experience using social media reputation management tools.
  • Ability to analyze and report on social media performance metrics, both from native platforms and third-party tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media interactions, blog content, and review responses.
  • Creativity in developing engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing and social media channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability for 1-2 hours on weekends to monitor social media comments
