Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in the development of engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management and optimization of our social media platforms. Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to enhance our online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and nurture leads. Help maintain email lists and monitor campaign results.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborate with the team to implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Digital Advertising: Assist in setting up and managing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, or Instagram. Monitor ad performance and provide insights for improvements.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Help analyze data from various digital marketing efforts and prepare regular reports on key performance metrics. Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creative Projects: Collaborate on creative projects, such as designing graphics, creating video content, or other multimedia initiatives to support marketing campaigns.
  • Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the website's content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support their initiatives and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Canva Pro & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
