As the Digital Marketing Manager at Aroma360, you will manage digital marketing strategies and agency relationships to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in digital media buying across Google, Facebook, TikTok, TV, and a strong understanding of Shopify.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee relationships with digital marketing agencies, optimizing their performance to meet revenue and marketing goals.
  • Managing digital media buying on Google, Facebook, TikTok, and TV, you will develop and execute campaigns to maximize engagement, adjusting media buys based on performance data and trends.
  • Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, you will analyze market trends and consumer behavior for campaign insights, coordinating with teams to align digital marketing with business goals.
  • Shopify expertise will enhance online store performance, working with the e-commerce team to optimize customer journeys and conversions.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and develop and track KPIs.
  • Collaborating with content and creative teams, you will ensure digital materials align with brand guidelines.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, proven experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role, strong understanding of digital media buying on Google, Facebook, TikTok, and TV, google
    • Deep knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce best practices.
    • Experience managing agency relationships and optimizing performance.
    • Excellent analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong project management, and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and being up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
    • Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $90K-$100K
