Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $53.00/hr

***This role will start as a contract through the end of 2024 and is open to potential full-time conversion.

Our client, a Fortune 100 company, is the largest nonprofit dedicated to creating a world

without blood cancers. We are seeking an analytical marketer who is comfortable within a

dynamic environment and can work well within a cross functional team environment.


This individual will help us continue the essential work of building brand awareness and increasing

patient engagement to offer free assistance and resources and program awareness to help all

those effected by blood cancer.


The position will report to the Director of Advertising and work closely with internal

stakeholders, external agencies, and leading media platforms across digital, TV and radio

networks.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Constituent Experience team, media agencies and digital platform partners to

build awareness and launch new campaigns in support of patient, families and mission related

initiatives.

• Aid Mission Team in developing patient and caregiver focused communications that help build

awareness and engagement with the Support/Services Center

• Lead set up, launch and ongoing management of key online Campaign fundraising programs

• Support ongoing broadcast Advertising campaigns across major tv/radio networks and

streaming platforms

• Take a senior lead in monthly budget management and invoice processing

• Advise on new innovative approaches to innovate and increase constituent engagement across

online donations, campaign events and patient communications

• Collaborate extensively with internal and Agency partner leads to ensure timely, quality

deliverables that support company priorities


Education & Experience Requirements:

• Professional experience working with agencies, digital advertising teams and media platforms

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing

• 5+ years of experience


Position Requirements:

• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with external and in-house cross functional

teams

• Analytical: Comfort analyzing media campaigns and financial performance

• Direct Marketing: Direct to Consumer experience is preferred; Nonprofit Industry experience is

important but not required for the role

• Solid Communication: Solid communication and presentation skills when sharing plans and

performance results is important

• Budget management: Ability to effectively manage revenue and campaign expense budgets for

multiple segments of the business; Responsible for ongoing monthly/quarterly budget management,

invoice processing and campaign reporting

• Software Tools: Solid experience with primary Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Excel, Word, PPT), basic

Google Analytics skills and knowledge of major digital media campaign platforms is preferred

• Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and follow through with team members on project deliverables

within a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
