What You’ll Do
- Analyze and decompose complex requirements
- Perform secondary research on competitive landscape, industry, consumer and digital
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare process diagrams
- Identifying opportunities for service consulting and product sales/introduction
- Ability to identify digital trends and technology shaping the future of consumer behavior
What You Need To Succeed
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university and actively pursuing an MBA
- Possess an engaging presence with the ability to back up research
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Visualization and prototyping
- Facilitation and observational capabilities
- Elicitation and interviewing
- Business structure knowledge
- Analytical and investigation skills
- Ability to understand (and decompose) the bigger picture of a problem
- Working knowledge of data and process modelling (plus)
- Interpersonal and managerial skills
- Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
