Key Responsibilities
Group Instruction: Provide guidance for groups in various fitness activities, whether virtually or on-site (specific details will be discussed during the interview).
Client Support: Offer support to clients in reaching their unique fitness goals.
Demonstration: Show proper form and techniques to ensure clients exercise safely and effectively.
Program Development: Create and implement specialized training programs tailored to individual client needs.
Ensure Engagement: Design fitness programs that are not only effective and safe but also enjoyable.
Qualifications
Previous experience in personal training or related fitness roles
Capacity to train individuals at all fitness levels
A strong passion for health and wellness
Excellent interpersonal skills for rapport-building with clients
Ability to flourish in a fast-paced work setting
