ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing the adoption of gaming media to brands. This role will require you to scale a highly complex environment through strategic initiatives. As a Director of Agency Sales you will be focused on critical customers across the US, Canada, and the UK, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Enthusiast Gaming. This is a remote role, but prefer the candidate to be located in the Northeast region.



RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Large Accounts team, you are responsible for developing and executing account strategies to generate new business opportunities with the biggest merchants across global brands.

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and agency organizations, understand their business objectives and adapt sales strategies to diverse client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams to develop strategic solutions and RFP responses tailored to address client needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven performance in a quota-carrying role with measurable expansion in market share.
  • Proven experience selling to holding companies/agencies that service global brands.
  • Established network of established relationships within one or more of the above categories across the US, Canada and the UK.
  • Experience selling multi-platform 360 campaigns including media, content, gaming, sponsorships, and talent.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry or related media & entertainment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry ecosystem, including key players, trends, and brand strategies.
  • Experience taking a strategic sales approach, learning your clients’ business goals and making recommendations accordingly.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
