Sets priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan. Develops and establishes the direction of policies and procedures and sets a structure for providing a safe and productive work environment. Establishes overall operating and capital budget with input from management team, ensuring financial targets are achieved and variances are addressed timely.

Pay Range is $84.60 to $135.37 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
