Overview

The Director of Americas Integrated Marketing will lead Crocs Brand Americas integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and meet relevant KPIs. This role works very closely with the global team to bring global strategies to execution in the US and Canada while also building campaigns around regional priorities. This leader should be able to successfully lead within a sophisticated matrix organization and have critical influence and close collaboration closely with global integrated marketing, regional channel marketing, global and regional creative, product, finance, and other cross-functional teams. Reports to the VP of Marketing, Americas, and is responsible for managing a team of six or more people.

What You'll Do

  • Build annual and seasonal integrated marketing strategy and campaign plans that deliver both on brand and business goals, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
  • Execute integrated brand and product marketing campaigns in close collaboration with regional channel marketing, sales, and merchandising teams.
  • Lead annual and seasonal marketing calendar development and management for the US and Canada to ensure alignment with global plans and drive visibility for regional leadership and action opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Regional Marketing on annual strategy, as well as other marketing strategies.
  • Lead various marketing channels such as paid media, influencers, PR, partnerships, etc., for the US and Canada, track performance, and drive real-time optimization to achieve KPIs.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and briefing to Creative, Functional, and Channel teams.
  • Lead creation of integrated playbooks and campaigns for adoption of regional campaigns and adaption to scale regionally.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Accountable for annual planning, implementation, and reporting on brand investments.
  • Co-lead sales meetings and tradeshows.
  • Lead & develop a high-performing team. Develop key skills and capabilities within the team and foster career development.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 10+ years of marketing experience (leading marketing teams, fast-paced and multi-campaign brand environments).
  • Highly strategic, Results-oriented, analytical, organized, and courageous.
  • Experience influencing and getting results in a highly matrixed environment. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive culture within the immediate team and in the broader organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
  • Experience forming relationships with peers and partners and can lead cross-functional and cross-regional partners through influence.
  • Experience driving revenue results across multiple channels, including scaling global strategy for local execution.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Salary or Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
