What You Will Do
The Director of Brand Engagement will lead integrated communications for VALENTINO BEAUTY (Fragrances and Makeup): develop, implement, monitor and optimize the brand’s PR and social strategies, with the objectives to maximize brand awareness, consumer engagement, product desirability and ecommerce revenues in our categories.

Salary Range: $140,100-$203,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)

What You Will Do
The Director of Brand Engagement will lead integrated communications for VALENTINO BEAUTY (Fragrances and Makeup): develop, implement, monitor and optimize the brand’s PR and social strategies, with the objectives to maximize brand awareness, consumer engagement, product desirability and ecommerce revenues in our categories.
- In conjunction with Marketing, develop and execute powerful PR and social programs to install new products in a 100% locally relevant way and to educate the market to the brand’s vision and products
- Grow the US A&I Market share through constant evolution of Reach, Video Views, Impressions and Engagement
- Identify cross-platform digital marketing opportunities to drive consumption of brand content, engage consumers and drive revenue
- Bring strategic recommendations to the VP of marketing to enhance the brand strategy as needed, based on industry trends, innovations, consumer preferences, performance reporting and consumer-focused data (studies, retailer consumer reports, competitive analysis, etc)
- In partnership with the team’s AVP media, boost the best contents and activations to maximize reach and encourage organic social trends
- In partnership with the brand’s D2C and eRetail teams, develop the right programs, activations and contents to boost traffic and conversions in our product’s pages on our and our retailer’s websites
- Align strategies with the brand's global team to guarantee the consistency of the US plan vs the global brand vision while enabling the global team to understand our local specific needs
- Manage and develop a team of Integrated Communications Talents
- Manage budget related to this function
- 10-12 year’s experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, PR and event strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Deep understanding of social platforms, beauty social trends, talent and social analytics
- Attention to detail and high level of organization
- Experience managing budgets with moderate autonomy
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively structure and articulate presentations
- Aptitude to thrive a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
