Responsibilities


We're looking for Customer Experience (CX) leaders to join our market research initiatives aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the evolving landscape in eCommerce and retail. Your expertise will play a key role in shedding light on shifting priorities and emerging trends across the industry. This collaboration may lead to advisory opportunities, depending on the insights generated and mutual interests. Your participation will be structured as follows:


  • Engaging in market research to uncover and interpret preferences and significant industry shifts, contributing to a broader industry understanding.
  • Offering strategic insights that help better understand market trends and executive priorities.
  • Participating in strategic forums to discuss trends and preferences, ensuring our collective efforts align with overall market demands and contribute to setting industry-wide best practices and standards.


The compensation will vary depending on the time invested and your contributions. We offer hourly compensation and revenue sharing, making this a mutually beneficial partnership.


About you and what type of skills you’ll need


  • Have recently held the title of Director in a Customer Experience (CX) role.
  • Have the above experience working for a retail brand (eCommerce, D2C, marketplace, or distributor (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc).
  • Your retail brand experience has been with a publicly traded company, a VC-backed start-up, or a brand doing more than $1M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).


*Our core team is based in NYC, but since this role is remote, we welcome candidates from anywhere in the United States.
