Krispy Kreme’s Director, Global FP&A will lead our consolidated planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This leader will be responsible for driving these core processes across our global operations, in addition to supporting our Global Functions and Corporate teams. They will collaborate with other Finance and functional leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure comprehensive and dynamic financial modeling is developed and maintained for the enterprise. This role will have significant exposure to our Global Leadership and Finance Leadership teams.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage enterprise planning and forecasting processes
  • Manage routine consolidated reporting to the leadership team
  • Support Board reporting and ad-hoc financial presentations
  • Partner with Treasury to fully integrate cash and debt modeling
  • Partner with Tax to fully integrate tax modeling
  • Partner with Investor Relations to integrate earnings modeling
  • Partner with Accounting and External Reporting to build-out comprehensive consolidated and legal entity reporting and modeling across the financial statements
  • Partner with Global FP&A teammates on Strategic KPIs/reporting, systems advancement, and other financial reporting initiatives
  • Lead quarterly Investment Committee process, including building and maintaining global business case models and presentation materials
  • Provide Finance Business partner support to Corporate and Global Functions (Global Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, etc.).
  • Lead, manage, and develop the team’s Finance Manager, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Global FP&A (modeling, forecasting, systems/data management).
  • Communicate and present results to senior management and other stakeholders.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a FP&A role managing forecasting and planning processes. Preferably at the corporate/consolidated level. Preferably with experience at a publicly traded company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial models that deliver business insights and expected outcomes.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and the connection across financial statements.
  • Proficiency in various financial platforms, tools, and technologies, such as Oracle, OneStream, Power BI, etc.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.
