We are looking for a Director of Global Partner Marketing who will be a key leader in our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive collaborative marketing initiatives with our global channel partners and technology alliances. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, driving joint marketing campaigns, and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

This individual will be a hands-on leader, expected to develop, execute, and measure campaigns and programs that accelerate partner engagement, recruitment, pipeline creation and revenue across a range of partners in Vasion's ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the global partner marketing team to drive and execute strategies through our partners.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor those in your organization, including leaders and individual contributors
  • Own the messaging for various personas to curate content for channel and ecosystem partners
  • Lead the development of channel and alliance sales collateral, including playbooks, datasheets, presentations, webinars, and videos. This includes the creation of new collateral as well as "partnerizing" existing material
  • Provide strategic direction in the Vasion product launch process, including collaborating on launch plans and content
  • Lead the strategy and execution of joint marketing campaigns and activities with partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Own and drive partner marketing development funds strategy, planning, and execution
  • Engage and work with our partners' marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans that align with both parties' joint marketing goals and objectives
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives and regularly analyze and report on joint marketing success
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Create and execute a quarterly partner marketing calendar, connecting partner strategies and company themes into a clear, measurable, and executable plan
  • Define, design, and further develop the PRM/partner portal (PRM) and maintain it so that partners can access and utilize Vasion sales and marketing collateral
  • Work across Sales, BDR, and Revenue Operations to ensure we leverage channel marketing opportunities and support pipeline growth


Requirements

  • 10+ years Partner Marketing experience with a B2B SaaS/technology company
  • 5+ years experience as a manager of people, leading and inspiring employees and teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Proven capability in developing and executing marketing programs and strategies with a variety of global partner types, including Distributors, MSP, VARs, SIs, GSIs, Alliances, and Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, and others)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-20%
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems
  • Experience with different partner marketing motions (to partners; through partners, with partners, or meeting in the channel)
  • Experience in planning and organizing webinars, blog posts, PR, or any other outbound marketing communication methods
  • Experience managing and measuring the effectiveness of MDF spend
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools

  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and feedback, identifying and working through new iterations and improvements on a regular basis
  • Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and keep stakeholders informed on progress
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
