Base pay range

$185,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
Our firm is working exclusively with a client in the Pharmaceutical Industry looking for an HR Director, in Multiple locations.

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the state of Florida.

Additional Locations: Tampa, FL - Naples, FL Orlando, FL - Boca Raton, FL - Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Development and Effectiveness:

  • Provide strategic business partnerships to the client groups focusing on business challenges and serve as a valued advisor by anticipating needs and trends, developing innovative solutions that are aligned with business strategies to enable future growth, drive organizational scalability and agility.
  • Access and build fit-for-future organization and capability in partnership with business leaders.
  • Develop and execute human capital strategies in leveraging external and internal workforce insights/market & industry HR trends that support organizational goals and provide a significant, positive measurable impact on the organization.
  • Establish and track HR metrics that impact organizational efficiencies and performance.


Talent Management and Development:

  • Develop and implement innovative talent solutions that link to business strategies, and build future fit leader capabilities in partnership with HR.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment to accelerate employee and people leader development, creating opportunities for talent to reach their full potential.
  • Influence leadership in identifying solutions for the retention of key talents. Effective use of resources & data to assess and increase talent engagement.
  • Provide leadership coaching to ensure the ability to drive performance, create and implement strategy, and build long-term process and system improvements.


Change Leadership:

  • Partner with SMEs to develop and build change leadership capability, coach and guide the line of business leading the team through change.
  • Align with business leaders and key stakeholders on key change initiatives and incorporate organizational tools that can be used to help the business make successful transitions resulting in the adoption and realization of change.
  • Influence leaders to be proactively aware of forthcoming changes that will impact their business unit and/or enterprise-wide.


Culture and Engagement:

  • Serve as a valued advisor to stakeholders and customers by anticipating needs and develop HR solutions that are aligned with business strategies and drive employee engagement.
  • Act as stewards of company culture to shape and foster an engaging, diverse and inclusive employee environment rooted in the Way.
  • Partner with People, Culture and DEI&B COE and line of business to drive and execute People, Culture and DEI&B initiatives.


Physical Requirements

10-20% travel required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree required; relevant experience and/or certification in specialized HR function may be substituted for degree when appropriate; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of 12 years of progressively increasing HR experience with at least 6 years in a HRBP role and/or HR role that partners with the business.
  • Requires strong leadership, influencing and consultation skills.
  • Established experience and success within 2 or more specialized HR functions preferred.
  • Strong generalist background, proven track record on organization design, development and effectiveness, leading organization through changes, leadership development, executive coaching and culture.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing people strategies and proven ability to implement and sustain business improvement and results; strong business acumen required. Ideal candidate will possess experience across multiple business functions (i.e. research, development, production, marketing, sales, finance).
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute and follow-up in a timely manner. Proven ability to work across all functions with all levels of stakeholders both locally and globally.
  • Requires experience in executive coaching/consulting senior leaders within the organization.
  • Strong analytic and organizational diagnostic skills.


Package Details:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $185,000 to $220,000 and generous bonus.
