Director, IT Data Management & Analytics

Infor is seeking a leader to own the Enterprise Data Analytics strategy for Infor’s internal KPIs, Dashboards, and advanced analysis needs. This role will lead a team of analysts that partner closely with strategic decision-makers to proactively deliver enterprise measures and dashboards that support value-driven decisions.

A Day in the Life:

Analytics Strategy

* Create, own, and champion the strategy for Data Analytics across business and technical stakeholders as well as team members.
* Operationalize the data products lifecycle across systems & enterprise reports.
* Increase dashboard & KPI usage and adoption through continuous improvement of content that focuses on proactive, actionable insights and easy to consume visuals to drive business value.

Team Development

* Apply Principal-Based Management to develop high performing leaders and team members.
* Hold team accountable to results through establishing and monitoring performance KPIs and effective resource management leveraging team members’ comparative advantages.
* Promote continuous learning and analytical skill development to create a team of data experts.

Stakeholder Partnership

* Build relationships with both Business and Technical leadership to create trust and increase usage of data products and services the team provides.
* Effectively communicate and collaborate to align goals and priorities across teams and ensure timely progress updates.

Basic Qualifications:

* Leadership experience in an analytical field
* Experience in building & developing talent across a team
* Experience translating business objectives into measurable results
* Implementing end-to-end data lifecycle management processes
* Experience with Data quality, Data governance, data Management
* Data visualization techniques to drive action for business improvement
* Experience with Business Intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Managing a team of 15+ resources in a distributed, global team
* Experience at an Enterprise high tech company
* Experience with Product Management, UX, and Agile frameworks
* Experience in a Business Operations role supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer functions
