Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Content: Experiment with innovative AI tools and platforms for content creation and management. Develop strategies for voice search and AI-driven conversational interfaces, ensuring content optimization for natural language.
AI Model Training: Contribute to the training and management of AI models to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment. Stay informed on data privacy regulations and the evolving AI landscape.
User-Centric Content: Create detailed user personas and tailor content for specific segments. Conduct user research to understand audience needs and behaviors, leveraging insights to shape content strategies and enhance performance.
Content Calendar & SEO: Develop a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Optimize content for search engines and maintain consistent brand messaging through collaboration with internal teams.
Content Taxonomy & Collaboration: Oversee taxonomy across enterprise platforms and work closely with UX/UI designers on information architecture. Provide guidance to content creators including writers and designers.
Content Governance: Define content governance activities to engage stakeholders and ensure ongoing collaboration.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in content strategies and solutions, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role for enterprise-wide knowledge transformation.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Experienced with platforms such as ServiceNow and SharePoint, with a proven track record in UX Content Strategy.
Deep understanding of Human-Centered Design, copywriting, content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
Exceptional project management skills in collaboration and agile delivery methods.
