Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr
Our client is a growing skincare brand looking to add a Director of Brand Marketing to their team. This role will report directly into the CEO and is hybrid in NYC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive organic interest.
Create and deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across various organic, paid, and retail channels.
Create and manage the annual marketing calendar.
Develop and oversee social media content strategy and team.
Lead creation of and curate content and brand experiences.
Brainstorm new creative concepts for marketing campaigns and social content
Provide creative direction and coordinate with external agencies.
Develop & refine brand & product messaging.
Lead creation of product concepts, marketing copy, claims, & education materials.
Develop creative briefs.
Manage & develop team members.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
Help identify, concept, and execute brand partnerships.
Partner with Sales.
Stay informed about emerging trends, competitor visuals, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years marketing experience within a start-up environment.
Beauty or fashion brand side experience required.
Have your finger on the pulse of culture, social media, and beauty trends.
