As a Director of Client Service,you will be an integral part of the team delivering the personalized service and hospitality that is our hallmark. You will guide the Client Service Team to deliver an excellent client experience and ensure that core client service processes are regularly reviewed, documented, communicated and followed by all. You will collaborate closely with our Executive Team on the client service vision, and own the implementation and improvements. The role is based in our Boca Raton, FL office and works on a hybrid model (currently two days in the office, three days at home). Your main responsibilities will include:

As a Director of Client Service,you will be an integral part of the team delivering the personalized service and hospitality that is our hallmark. You will guide the Client Service Team to deliver an excellent client experience and ensure that core client service processes are regularly reviewed, documented, communicated and followed by all. You will collaborate closely with our Executive Team on the client service vision, and own the implementation and improvements. - Lead and manage a team of experienced Client Service professionals
- Collaboratewith our Executive Team on our client service vision and own execution of the strategies
- Implementservice and hospitalitytraining with our Client Service Team
- Own resolution of client service escalations
- Oversee ourclient onboarding process and execution
- Implement process improvements, including education/adoption of client service centric technology tools
- Overseethe execution of recurring Client Service Team projects
- Oversee our firm’s custodian relationships, and ensureour clients'custodian needs are met and handled with care
- Assists with compliance matters that relate to advisor/client activity tracking
- You are passionate about helping people and are dedicated to exceeding client expectations
- You have strong organizational and rigorous follow-up skills to ensure all client needs are being met
- Attention to detail is second nature to you—it’s all about getting things right
- You're a prioritization guru -- you knowwhat is most important/critical and dedicatethe appropriate resources to getting it done, including effectively delegating and elevating to the team
- You're an innovative and creative problem solver
- You're results-oriented and havethe persistence to achieve results
- You love being part of a team and actively engage with other team members to bring our best to clients
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are proficient with standard office software
- You have a bachelor's degreeand at least 5-7years of management experience in financial planning, wealth management or related industry
