Director of Clinical Outcomes

Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a growing ABA Therapy Company seeking a Director of Clinical Outcomes.

The Director of Clinical Outcomes will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the quality of service delivery while driving improvements in clinical practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive program focused on establishing clinical goals
• Create and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to track center performance and clinical outcomes
• Build systems for continuous monitoring and evaluation of clinical improvements across centers
• Analyze clinical data to identify areas requiring improvement
• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop strategies that address challenges, enhance clinical practices, and achieve best outcomes
• Coordinate training for clinical leadership, BCBAs, and RBTs

To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a BCBA
• Extensive knowledge of clinical practices in ABA therapy
• Proven experience in utilization management and goal-setting
• Experience in training and mentoring BCBAs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
