Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative and managerial aspects of CILA, ICF and Homebased Residential Program. This position will ensure that quality services are provided and consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the agency, all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing standards. The CILA, ICF and Homebased Residential Program Director provides strong leadership in areas including, but not limited to, the development of new and existing services, the development of operational standards, budgetary and financial management, customer services, quality assurance and human resource responsibilities.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing leadership to staff, direction to program operations, development of systems, and promoting a positive and optimistic environment that is responsive to the needs of the individuals served, the staff providing services, and reflects the mission of the organization.
- Ensures that policies, procedures, and practices are in full compliance with all regulatory and accreditation agencies for all residential services including: 24-hour CILA, ICF, and HBS services.
- This position requires 24- hour on-call responsibility for staffing coverage and other home issues, and a flexible schedule (i.e. days, evenings, and weekends).
Job Requirements:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree, master/s preferred, from an accredited four-year college or university.
- This position requires at least 5 years of progressive management experience in residential
- This position requires the candidate maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. This position also required the candidate to pass state and federally required background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HCBS Wavier Rules and Requirements.
- Knowledgeable of work measurement and control procedures.
- Competence in budget projections and cost control concepts.
- Contract administration experience.
- Knowledgeable of work safety standards and
- Knowledge of Person-Centered Planning
- Working knowledge of computer software systems (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience working with persons with
- Ability to maintain positive customer
- Ability to inventory equipment, purchase supplies and keep business in a strong financial position.
- Knowledge of Electronic Record Management
