Director of Construction - Commercial

The Director of Construction is responsible for Overseeing, Managing and Leading all aspects of construction projects from concept to completion. This position includes plan development, scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiation and construction management! The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are completed on time, run a team of project managers, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Developing and Monitoring Construction Plans, Budget and Schedule
• Contract negotiation with vendors
• Subcontractor Relationship Management and Knowledge
• Performance of Contractors
• Direct Meetings with CEO, VPs, Board of Directors, Investors
• Oversee management of Multiple teams
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ Years Commercial Construction Management Experience
• 5+ Years PM/Construction Manager Experience
• Proven Track Record of On Time and Schedule Construction
• Knowledge of Construction Principles, Practices & Procedures
• Proven Leadership Skills
• Strong Computer and Oral Skills
