Director of Construction - Custom Residential

What You Will Be Doing

• High-End Custom Residential Projects in Ohio
• Report Directly to the Executive Team
• Manage Internal Teams - Field, Project Management, Precon, Sales, etc.
• Own Relationship With Clients & Partners
• Ensure Performance of Assigned Territory(Ohio)/Multiple Offices (Customer Satisfaction, Sales, P&L, etc.)
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Construction Experience - Required
• 3+ years of Project Manager/Superintendent Experience - Required
• Custom Residential Experience - Preferred
• Experience Managing Multiple Teams - Preferred
• College Degree - Preferred
• Valid Drivers License
