Base pay range
X4 Group are partnered with a growing medical device start-up to find a Director of Customer Support on a permanent basis to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers, and lead efforts to optimize clinical workflows, patient care, and implementation support.

Position:
- Title: Director of Customer Support
- Salary: $125k-$150k + benefits
- Location: Greater Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
- Start date: ASAP
Areas of experience needed:
- 10+ years' medical device clinical product support experience
- Remote Patient Monitoring implementation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of class II medical device regulations and compliance
