Textio is looking for a Director of Demand Gen to lead our growth strategy and turn our incredible brand awareness into predictable sales pipeline. If that sounds like you, keep reading!

Our marketing team is small, flat, fast, and collaborative. We're all "T-shaped" marketers with a strong general marketing foundation and deeper specialization. We support each other and contribute to common projects, with a shared goal of generating qualified sales pipeline. This role will be our team's resident authority in growth and revenue marketing and will play a key role in bringing bold, multi-channel campaigns to life.

As our demand gen leader, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth. This position involves orchestrating campaigns, cracking open new channels, and collaborating across the company to get results. What you'll be doing:

  • Develop strategies to attract qualified leads and ensure a smooth and successful handoff to the sales team
  • Define a quarterly demand generation plan, working closely with the rest of the marketing team to prioritize the right channel mix to meet revenue targets
  • Own funnel optimization, including lead flow, scoring, nurture, and automation
  • Optimizing on our existing sales-led growth engine while helping design and develop new product-led growth experiments
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, leading a weekly cross-functional pipeline council
  • Recommend improvements to the marketing technology stack and tools
  • Partner with design to optimize the marketing website for engagement and conversion
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions
  • Build and segment target accounts and audiences, enhancing personalized marketing efforts and outbound sales prospecting
  • Be responsible for and enhance technical SEO to improve organic discoverability

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a low ego but a strong point of view
  • Are passionate about DEIB
  • Have validated experience in a demand gen leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Bring deep digital marketing expertise across paid media, social media, website conversion optimization, and email marketing
  • Are strongly familiar with HubSpot, including workflows and dashboards
  • Demonstrate familiarity with technical SEO principles and effective strategies
  • Have excellent analytical skills and can dive into data to uncover insights and make informed recommendations
  • Have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and handle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
