Position Overview

The Director of Demand Generation at Webstacks is a critical role responsible for driving the growth and success of our marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies for paid advertising and other demand generation tactics. You will work closely with the internal marketing team, influencing and guiding them towards achieving our brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline generation goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, particularly in managing Paid Ads on platforms such as Google and LinkedIn. You will serve as an extension of the Head of Growth's vision and voice, ensuring the marketing team operates cohesively and effectively.

High-Level Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the quality of pipeline generation for Webstacks.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to all marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Ensure that all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketer, and third-party vendors to align on strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Document and refine processes and tactics to ensure repeatable success in demand generation activities.
  • Provide mentorship and indirect leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and optimize future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and paid advertising.
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on demand generation and paid advertising.
  • Strong expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub), Builder CMS,
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and mentor team members.
  • Experience in a B2B tech marketing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
