Job Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)

Job Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

• 5+ years of people leadership experience (in a Director or elevated role)
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting for digital marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Digital Marketing to lead and manage our company's digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all online channels, including social media, email, website, and mobile app.
• Manage P&L for all digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Forecast and track key digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, revenue, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online initiatives, including online acquisition, SEM, affiliate partnerships, and CRM.
• Manage and optimize web production and content creation to ensure an engaging user experience.
• Develop and implement SEO and attribution models to increase website visibility and drive traffic.
• Implement segmentation strategies to deliver targeted messaging to specific customer groups.
• Manage all aspects of project management, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Utilize vendor management skills to effectively work with agency partners and third-party vendors.
• Develop e-commerce marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the beauty and retail industries.
