Leadership And Management Responsibilities
As the Administrative Director of the Emergency Services Department, your primary role involves ensuring service excellence, growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing patient care in various departments, including the Emergency Services Department, Free Standing Emergency Department, Emergency Management, and any other assigned departments.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
Identifying and solving real or potential issues affecting service delivery
Active participation in relevant committees at the service, departmental, and hospital-wide levels
Advancing the patient experience agenda within the Emergency Department
Coaching and providing feedback to subordinates for their professional development
Adhering to Human Resource policies and standards
Effective communication of departmental, organizational, and industry information to staff
Facilitating evidence-based employee engagement practices
Building strong relationships and networks to achieve organizational goals
Participating in employee and patient rounding and nurturing future leaders
Enforcing emergency department care standards and ensuring compliance
Developing, implementing, and evaluating an emergency services program aligned with the hospital's mission
Monitoring compliance with regulatory and hospital policies for patient services and safety
Overseeing a PI program to assess critical aspects of care
Ensuring operational excellence and quality services delivery
Financial Management And Strategic Planning
In addition to the operational aspects, you will be responsible for fiscal management, including managing the department's budget and ensuring proper allocation of resources. Other key aspects of this role involve developing, prioritizing, and justifying capital equipment requests and seeking new program strategies to expand patient services.
Salary And Benefits Information
Salary Range: $116,084 - $177,694 (with a bonus incentive of 15-22%)
Relocation Assistance: $10,000
Potential Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

This role may involve additional duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the department and organization.
