THE ROLE

The Director of Executive Operations is a full-time remote position providing support to the CEO and partner. You will serve as a key member of our executive team, providing comprehensive support and acting as an extension of the CEO. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will require extensive travel, 2-3 trips per month, but may vary.


THE WORK YOU WILL DO

·     Anticipate potential issues and challenges, providing proactive solutions to ensure the CEO and client’s priorities are met.

·     Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO and the agency in a thoughtful and strategic way.

·     Work closely with the leadership and creative teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of agency-related environments.

·     Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events led by the CEO.

·     Manage the CEO’s emails, and communication, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.

·     Draft and proofread documents, reports, and communication on behalf of the CEO.

·     Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences involving the CEO.

·     Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of the CEO’s time.


THINGS ABOUT YOU

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience working directly with C-Suite executives.
  • You have interest in and knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry and are motivated to work alongside a CEO in this space.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and prioritize always being prepared.
  • You are comfortable and confident in work-related social environments.
  • You value building and maintaining positive and respectful working relationships – both internal and external.
  • You thrive working independently and in cohesion with a team, juggling multiple priorities, and completing responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • You are solutions-oriented – always thinking of how to pivot if necessary.
  • You have the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable steps.
  • You are well-versed in current Microsoft Office software and a quick learner with mastering new tools that support your role.
