Director of Finance

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of our business operations and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. The Finance Director will be responsible for managing financial risks, recordkeeping, and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations. This role will play a crucial part in guiding business decisions and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee accounting processes and financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities, including cash flow management and financing strategies.
• Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role, preferably in financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• CPA or similar certification is preferred.
