Reporting to the CFO and partnering locally with the Executive Leadership Team, this position will play a critical role in overseeing all FP&A activities. The ideal candidate will lead the financial planning, budgeting / forecasting, and cash flow management activities to ensure the profitable growth and long-term financial success of the business. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, analytical prowess, and a keen eye for optimizing financial performance. A critical part of this role will be leading the development and standardization of key FP&A activities and driving a continuous process improvement culture.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide financial leadership to the business through management of the annual budget and monthly forecast process, in addition to driving monthly business reviews with the leadership team.

· Build trusted partner relationships with business / functional leaders and provide value-added analysis with actionable recommendations beyond basic financial reporting needs.

· Collaborate with department heads to optimize revenue, control costs, and identify growth opportunities for growth.

· Capability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to completion under tight deadlines.

· Drive initiatives from business case development to implementation and measurement.

· Create an environment of transparency and decision-making based on data.

· Communicate financial impact and provide visibility for key initiatives to the leadership team.

· Elevate roadblocks, conflicts, and decision requirements to the leadership team when necessary.

· Provide ad-hoc support to the leadership team to improve performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or related field.

· 5+ years of related experience.

· Highly motivated team player that contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together to produce outstanding results.

· Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with strong bias for action.

· Collaborative mindset with experience bringing teams together to achieve a common goal.

· Operates with an entrepreneurial mindset.

· Excellent communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, including senior executives.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
