About The Director Of FP&A Opportunity And Organization

Our client is a leading name in the SaaS space seeking a Director of FP&A who will have a direct influence on the financial health, growth, and strategic decision-making while reporting to the CFO. This position will work closely with a team of talented professionals in a collaborative and innovative culture. The Director of FP&A will be exposed to the latest technologies, tools, and strategies in a fast-paced environment. This position is hybrid with a 1 or 2-day in-office-a-week schedule and has a bonus in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities Of The Director Of FP&A

• Lead the FP&A department to develop, implement, and manage the company's financial strategies and policies to ensure long-term financial stability and growth in the SaaS sector.
• Mentor and foster a high-performance culture while engaging with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insight to guide decisions.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement, cost optimization, revenue growth, and the lifetime value of SaaS customers.
• Forecasting and modeling.
• Assist CFO for ad-hoc projects.
• Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of products and subscription models.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A and reporting.
  
  

Preferred qualifications of the Director of FP&A

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience working in SaaS company
• Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting with recurring revenue streams
• MRR,ARR, Churn Rate, CAC analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (+)
