Director of Franchise Partnerships

CornerStone Professional Placement seeks for a Director of Franchise Partnerships for an engagement with a highly regarded client in the insurance industry. We are seeking a Director of Franchise Partnerships who is responsible for the growth and performance of our largest franchise partnerships. You will build and lead a business unit that optimizes customer experience, drives revenue, and strengthens strategic relationships. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive results through partnership optimization. Title: Director of Franchise Partnerships

Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite)

Pay Rate: Base+bonus, BOE

Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement plans to grow and manage major franchise relationships.
• Lead operations by creating strategies and offering support and advice.
• Negotiate and apply data-driven methods to improve partnerships.
• Find new growth opportunities and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
• Work with different teams to boost franchise performance.
• Set goals and lead initiatives, guiding team leaders to ensure success.
• Oversee budgeting, hiring, and business strategies.
• Mentor and support team leaders to help them and their teams succeed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and business opportunity analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and grow business units, with a focus on driving partnership performance.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and optimize collaboration across functions.
