Director of Glasgow Clinic - Glasgow, MT

DUTIES: Qualified applicant oversees the operations of Glasgow Clinic practice, including Primary Care Clinic and Specialty Care Clinic. This position serves as a thought leader in ambulatory quality and safety, coordination of care, and the delivery of services, in a cost-efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong business, leadership, and communication skills. This individual will have built a solid reputation through their commitment, in words and actions, to patient care. The position provides direction and leadership to ensure assigned departments achieve great, high-quality outcomes within an efficient cost structure, ensuring a positive patient experience and access to care, while improving the work environment for providers and staff. Key responsibilities of the position would be directing operations, budgeting, financial management, and human resource management.

HOURS: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Exempt

REQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree in business or nursing and a minimum of three years of progressive experience overseeing clinical department operations or a significant function required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, marketing, accounting, finance, or business-related field, preferred. Combination of education and experience equaling a minimum of seven years overseeing ambulatory physician practice can substitute for the education and experience requirements.
