Job Summary: FranShares is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Investor Relations to join our team. This role is critical in driving our funding growth by engaging with prospective investors, including high net worth individuals, angel groups, family offices, and private equity firms. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, understanding investor needs, and presenting compelling investment opportunities in franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:

• Engage with prospective investors who have expressed interest in investing in franchises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, angel groups, family offices, and private equity firms.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert interest into investments.

Funding Growth:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new investors to FranShares.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set funding goals and create action plans to achieve them.
• Monitor and report on investor engagement and funding progress.

Event Participation:

• Represent FranShares at industry conferences, networking events, and investor meetings.
• Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and other events to promote FranShares and attract new investors.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with the marketing, investment, and operations teams to ensure a seamless investor experience.
• Analyze investor feedback and market data to refine investment offerings and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully engaging with high net worth investors, angel groups, family offices, and private equity firms.
• Experience with Hubspot is preferred
• Understanding of the franchise industry and investment landscape preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with investors and attend events.
