CityVest is seeking a Director of Investor Relations and Business Development. Our product is real estate private equity funds. We are offering a sales position working remotely. Director will target accredited investors including HNW investors and family offices interested in institutional real estate private equity funds. This is an independent contract role. Here is a description:
Responsibilities
• Make connections with accredited HNW investors and family offices.
• Have thorough knowledge of each real estate private equity fund on the platform.
• Respond to client questions and provide fund information.
Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of Alternative Investments, generally and real estate private equity funds
• Persuasive selling skills
• Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, verbal and written skills
Compensation
• Initially, the position is a independent consulting position
