• A bachelor's degree in print management or equivalent business experience/training.
• 10 years of experience in heavy print manufacturing.
• 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and print industry ERP systems.

Director Of Manufacturing Job Description

• Oversee and guide the production management team.
• Maintain quality requirements.
• Work to improve budget costs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of various departments.
• Collaborate with the scheduling department.
• Design training and development programs.
• Provide excellent customer service by assuring product quality, reducing costs, and exceeding their expectations.
