Position Overview

We are currently looking for a professional who will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy across various business units and key strategic partnerships. This role is essential in shaping and executing marketing and distribution strategies that will significantly influence our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives that enhance relationships with distribution partners.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback and competitive insights to refine value propositions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Promote a sales-oriented culture within the business unit.
  • Oversee the new appointment process, onboarding producers, and manage performance reviews and terminations as necessary.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to design and manage campaigns, educational events, and digital and social media strategies.
  • Coordinate strategies for major conferences, including scheduling, presentations, and follow-up.
  • Measure and drive marketing return on investment (ROI) to assess effectiveness.
  • Develop plans for client engagement, sales enablement, and distribution partner strategies to support business unit growth.
  • Analyze producer data to identify trends and proactively address concerns.
  • Collaborate with underwriting departments to encourage a sales-oriented approach in producer management.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry and at least 7 years in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively navigate a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
