Cazcanes is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Marketing to shape and drive our brand strategy, enhance market presence, and support our ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

• Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative and effective campaigns.

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are fully supported and aligned.

• Oversee digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution.

• Manage the marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize ROI.

• Provide senior leadership with insights, recommendations, and analysis on marketing opportunities and challenges.

• Lead client acquisition efforts across digital channels, focusing on optimizing conversion rates and ROI.

• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies and tactics.

• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in senior marketing roles, preferably within the spirits industry.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight.

• Self-starter with a creative and results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and Google Sheets.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time remote role.

• Standard work week, with availability for events on evenings and weekends as needed.

• Travel required up to one week per month.

• Compliance with company safety regulations is mandatory.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 + bonus based on KPIs.

• Pay will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
