Director of Marketing

Director of Marketing (ecommerce, retail)

Hybrid: 1 or 2 days per week in the Vancouver, WA metro area

I am seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts relating to customer acquisition, retention, and associated ROI for branding and sales activities. You will implement digital marketing and branding strategies for a 50+ million-dollar apparel company:

The ideal candidate will have a history in e-commerce or retail, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and hands-on campaign execution. You will oversee performance analytics, competitor insights, product development, and manage relationships with external agencies.

Details

• Strategic marketing thinker — ability to develop 3, 6, 12-month vision
• Data driven, passionate about understanding customer behavior, loves analytics
• Organic marketing and branding community management (social channel) experience
• Ability to manage, motivate and coach a 3-person marketing team (graphic designer, etc.)
• STILL HANDS-ON and involved in marketing tasks:
