As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a talented Director of Marketing to lead and grow our marketing efforts.

Job Overview:

The Director of Marketing will be a critical part of our leadership team, responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and grow user engagement. You will lead a marketing team, manage budgets, and work cross-functionally to deliver on business goals. The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, brand development, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  1. Brand Development & Awareness:
  • Define and evolve the brand voice, positioning, and messaging for consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee creative content development, including digital assets, social media, PR, and partnerships.
  1. Digital Marketing & Growth:
  • Own the digital marketing strategy, driving growth through SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels.
  • Design and optimize user acquisition funnels, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions.
  • Spearhead performance marketing initiatives such as paid ads, influencer partnerships, and more.
  1. Customer Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize customer research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Measure, report, and analyze marketing KPIs to track success and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  1. PR & Communications:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers to increase brand visibility.
  • Create and manage a PR strategy to build trust and authority in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth company or start-up.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of the reservation or SaaS industry.
